In case of facing any problem to login to Citypoint Trading trading platform, please check
the following:
1. Make sure you entered the correct username and password.
2. Make sure you connect to the internet.
3. Make sure that your firewall allow access to ports 4401 and 1863.
4. Make sure that the proxy server (shown in the logon window) is unchecked, in case
you are not connected via a proxy.
5. If you are connected via proxy server, make sure that the proxy server is checked,
and enter the correct settings for the proxy server, you may need to ask your network
administrator about these settings.
6. If the server "Citypoint Trading Ltd Port 1" is not connected (shown in the logon
window), please use "Citypoint Trading Ltd Port 2" instead.
7. Uninstall the platform application and reinstall it again.
