CTL respects the confidentiality of information and the privacy of individuals, and its privacy policy statement, which governs how information is held and used, will be reviewed from time to time to take account of new laws and technology, as well as changes to operations and practices to make sure it remains appropriate to the firm's current and changing business and operations environment.

Why do we collect personal information?

CTL's business seeks to support and deliver its customers' needs for a range of financial products and services, and to do this effectively it needs to collect and use certain personal information.

Where customers choose not to provide any information necessary to fulfill a request for a specific product or service, CTL may not be able to provide the requested product or service.

How do we use this information and who may we disclose it to?

Unless informed otherwise, personal information held is used for establishing and managing any business relationship and account(s), reviewing ongoing needs, enhancing customer service and products and or giving ongoing information or opportunities that CTL believes may be relevant and appropriate.
